Who We Are
Founded in 2017 by husband and wife team, Israel and Alison Snider, E Tabb was intended to be “Elizabeth Tabb Custom Homes,” a residential custom home builder (Elizabeth and Tabb are both family names). While designing their first custom home build, E Tabb was asked to step into several time-sensitive, crucial development projects for a national dental group. With their successful completion, the company became known as a specialist in the medical industry for the ability to problem-solve on the spot and move projects forward to completion as quickly as possible regardless of challenges to be overcome. E Tabb grew quickly in the commercial medical field through repeat clients and private referrals, and because of that success, the company pivoted from residential to commercial construction to meet the demand, and “Elizabeth Tabb Custom Homes” evolved into “E Tabb Design Construction & Development.” Since that time, we have continued to evolve and grow, completing projects for both corporate and independent clients across a wide range of areas in the medical industry including dental, medical, veterinary, behavioral health, managed health care, and pharmacy.

Israel Snider
Israel has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. With background in commercial construction, land development, real estate and finance, Israel has a depth of experience that is invaluable in multi-faceted commercial projects, enabling him to be fully involved in every aspect of your build.
Alison Snider
Alison has 19 years of experience in the construction industry, including real estate development, design/build construction and commercial tenant buildouts. Clients prize her eye for detail, which begins during the initial design phase and continues through final punchout.
