Our Services
As commercial general contractors, we provide a comprehensive set of services that work hand-in-hand for the success of our clients’ projects. Whether providing construction management for a tenant fitup or expansion, or full design/build delivery of a ground-up healthcare facility, we give each client a single point of accountability from design through turnover, with hands-on leadership, direct communication, and control over the work itself. Our services include general contracting, construction management and design/build for new ground-up construction, build to suit, tenant fitups and improvements, remodels, additions and expansions.
What We Do
From site selection and lease review, through design testfits and equipment selection, to final certificate of occupancy, we are with you every step of the way throughout the construction process. Our depth of experience in all aspects of the construction process allows us to provide a truly turn-key process to our clients.
Our involvement in your project starts much earlier than traditional general contractors as we have extensive real estate and land development experience and can give you valuable feedback on which site is the best candidate for the unique needs of your business, whether it be location, available space or potential cost per square foot. Our services include site surveys to determine if there are any existing issues you need to be aware of and lease reviews to help you navigate through landlord negotiations. We are also experienced in handling new, ground-up builds that require not only permitting, but planning and zoning expertise, and are well versed in all phases of land development, including securing any necessary Geotechnical and Phase 1 studies that will turn an empty lot into your thriving business. During the design phase, we walk you through testfits and revisions to full plans, bringing your vision to life with your budget in mind, and our in-house CAD designers and long standing relationships with a team of architects and engineers allow us to do it quickly so your project can get underway.
Communication and coordination with your equipment providers are included in this phase as well to ensure your specialized equipment is accounted for in your design to maximize functionality, efficiency, and cost management. Our sister casework company provides the capability to customize the design of your cabinetry to meet your specialized needs and manufactures to order. Through the construction phase to turnover, our clients receive hands-on management from our team to quickly solve any challenges that may arise to keep your project on schedule. Weekly updates, access to our project management interfaces, and frequent site walk-throughs ensure that our clients are well informed every step of the way.
